Arkansas Stone Mountain Confederate Half Dollar includes original letter from the state for it to be sold. It also states the that it is a memorial coin, specially minted coin, dedicated to Arkansas, and that only a few exist. Signed by JR Riley campaign director for Arkansas at the time.
